Description 

Frame case: 

made of  nacked thick 1.0mm steel, with electrolytic degreasing, pickling and phosphating, then electrostatic spraying with professional epoxy resin powder, coating thickness 0.07~0.09mm, has good performance of acid and alkali resistance and anti-corrosion. 

Inner lining:

made of laboratory professional phenolic compact laminate.

Air deflector: 

made of laboratory professional phenolic compact laminate. Ceremic and other materials are optional.

Bench worktop:

13-16mm Phenolic Resin Chemical Resistant Laminate.

Base cabinet:

made of nacked thick 1.0mm cold rolled steel, finishing powder coating, has good performance of acid and alkali resistance and anti-corrosion. 

Glass window:

5mm tempered glass window can stop any place in the moving range.

Water service parts:

PP sink, water faucet are optional.

Installation: Modular design, fume hoods are pre-assembled before shipping, installation is very easy on site.
